Continuing Medical Education (CME Credits)
The 36th Annual Meeting of the European Paediatric Ophthalmological Society "EPOS 2010: New Challenges in Paediatric Ophthalmology' is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net. The 36th Annual Meeting of the European Paediatric Ophthalmological Society "EPOS 2010: New Challenges in Paediatric Ophthalmology" is designated for up to 12 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA). To convert EACCME credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, contact the AMA.

Provided written notice is received by September 16, 2010, a 75% refund will be given. It is regretted that for registrations cancelled after September 16, 2010, or for no-shows at the meeting, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
Information for speakers and poster preparation
The time for oral presentation is:
- 15 - 20 minutes - invited lectures (L)
- 10 minutes – paper (T)
Technical equipment for computer presentation will be provided by the organiser, personal notebooks are not desirable due to time consumption.
It is suggested that your computer presentation is installed and tested (speakers corner) at least one session before your talk. Only Power Point presentations on CD-ROM and USB Memory cards can be accepted.
Posters
The dimensions should not exceed 95 cm (width) and 180 cm (height).
Posters will be exhibited (number on the programme) during the whole Meeting and shortly presented to the audience at two poster sessions (details in the programme) at the posters.
Travel grants for young presenters
Registered participants of the annual meeting who are 35 years of age and younger are endowed to apply for a travel grant if a presentation is submitted.

Public transport is available from Frankfurt Airport by train. Take the S-
Train from the airport to Frankfurt Central Station and further on local trains
direction Friedberg and Gießen with stop at Bad Nauheim.

Bad Nauheim is located directly at the motorway A5 (Exit Bad Nauheim)
